Shipping and Returns

Our team processes orders within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of public holidays. During busy periods, such as Christmas, we may have a higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer.
 
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we don’t offer international shipping, but we are hoping to change that soon. Stay tuned!
 
Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.
 
Will all of my items be shipped together?
Our team ships all items at one time when possible. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.
 
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
 
My order indicates it has been shipped, but it hasn’t arrived in the suggested time frame, what can I do?
The fastest way to find your package is to contact the shipping company it is coming from with your tracking number. If you are still having trouble, please email us at info@oriyaorganics.com and we will be glad to help.
 
How do I return or exchange product purchased online at the Oriya Organics site?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and back that with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact us at info@oriyaorganics.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange.
 
I purchased from a store and am unhappy, how do I get a refund or exchange?
Our 30 day satisfaction guarantee still applies and you can take it back to the store you originally purchased from. Bring back the item with receipt to the place of purchase within 30 days in its original, unused condition. This includes all original packaging and tags. Please note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange.
