Ultra-marathoner Ben Evans is back to share his favorite post-workout protein smoothie! This smoothie is packed with antioxidant rich ingredients, as well as the high-quality vegan protein Ben needs to fuel his muscles. 
Post-Workout Protein Smoothie
12 oz coconut water
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp coconut oil
Greens (1 scoop Oriya Organics or a handful of fresh produce like spinach)
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth. 
Drink and enjoy!
