Now that it's getting warmer, we are seriously craving cooling meals. This Spring Time Super Smoothie has us covered! It's packed with nutrients to keep you fueled for all your outdoor adventures! 

Spring Time Super Smoothie

4 oz water
1 cup coconut milk yogurt (we love fellow Texans Culina Yogurt!)
1 cup frozen blueberry
1/2 frozen banana
1 small handful of ice cubes
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by increasing the liquid (if you prefer thinner) or adding additional ice and frozen fruit (for an ultra-thick smoothie bowl). Play around with it to find your personal sweet spot! 
This bowl is all about the toppings! We topped ours with cacao nibs, fresh mango, dried cranberries, walnuts, and blueberries. Get creative. The sky's the limit with what you can add!
