1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Scoop Oriya Organics 100% Greens
2 Tablespoons Sweetener
1 1/4 Cup Plant Milk
3 Tablespoons Oil
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Oil for greasing pan
Mix first four ingredients together and then make a well in the center. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Lightly oil a pan and heat to medium. Spoon the batter onto the pan and flip when the bottom side is slightly brown. When all pancakes are complete, top with vegan butter, maple syrup and enjoy!
